My name is Aurelio Duarte-Encinas, a Spanish speaking native of southern Arizona, a father, husband, and the founder of Verbbed Coaching. My background is varied, with a "big picture" perspective that helps me find client strengths, as well as identify solutions around obstacles. My upbringing and career as a licensed counselor in the state of Arizona working with patients in community health centers and behavioral health agencies shaped my holistic perspective: mind, body, and soul. Additionally, they shaped my commitment to ethics and dedication to serving my clients to the best of my ability.
My Coaching Philosophy
My experience and insight provide the opportunity to pause and reflect on what clients want and identify meaningful action steps forward. The challenge and pressure of daily life amid internal and external demands can be depleting, as well as leave the ultimate destination feeling a bit uncertain. Together, we invest necessary time in unearthing your true intentions and desire for change and gradually build the bridge towards lasting change.
